Thought Field Therapy

Developed by Roger J Callahan (clinical psychologist) in the USA this simple therapy uses meridian tapping algorithms to relieve fears, phobias and anxiety within short effective sessions.  While all events and situations evoke emotional responses in us, some may produce excessive or unwanted levels of arousal and stress.  These reactions may seem illogical or out of proportion to the event and can be a result of previous experiences.  In these situations TFT can effectively relieve the irrational emotional component allowing you to react more calmly.

 

Treatments are carried out fully clothed and usually last between 30-45 minutes.  In many cases one session is sufficient and patients are always given the appropriate sequences to take home in case of a recurrence.
